We generate hundreds of leads per month, and they are emailed to our agents daily. Our only fees are the approximate $90 license fee per year, $87 per quarter for use of the MLS, $85 per month to be an eXp agent, and that’s it! You spend nothing on listing marketing.

In your first year, you can expect to earn $75,000+, and in your second year, you can expect to earn between $80,000 and $175,000. Then you can expect to earn at least $150,000+ in year three as your pipeline of current and past clients is healthy, and you can pick and choose who you work with at that point.

Agents want closings, and leads and opportunities can get you there. We have the best lead systems in place that will help you if you follow our program.
